Buddy and Kimberly run a real estate investment company called White Feather Investments. Buddy is the CEO and Kimberly is the Chief Brand Officer. Their mission at White feather Investments is to educate and empower military members to achieve financial freedom through real estate investing. They do this through education, access to deals and their One-of-a-kind Accelerator Program with the ultimate goal of creating generation wealth for the veterans and first responders who enroll.
In the past 6 years White Feather Investments has been involved with the purchase over 1,700 properties with a staggering 1.2 Billion dollar value and nearly 120 Million dollars of rental income to date.
White Feather Investments now has over 600 members and 350 graduates from the Accelerator class–over 40 of which have gone on to become millionaires, with many more on the same path.
Prior to White Feather Investments, Buddy was a Marine Officer at Camp Pendleton, Ca. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a degree in Aerospace Engineering.
Kimberly studied Business Management and Marketing at Saint Joseph’s University in Pennsylvania. They reside in the San Diego area with 2 young kids and a fur baby.

The event space can comfortably hold 30 people. Due to limited seating, registration will close once capacity is reached.
Is there a cost to attend the event?
There is no cost to attend the event. However, we require a seat deposit of $29 to secure your spot. If you attend, this deposit is fully refundable at the event's conclusion. If you prefer, you can choose to donate your deposit to a designated charity.
Where can I park at the event venue?
The event will occur at the Legacy Live Headquarters office at 5865 Avenida Encinas, Suite 142-B, Carlsbad, CA 92008. The office space has ample parking, and it is free of charge.
Can I bring a friend to the event?
Yes, you are welcome to bring one or two guests. Please ensure that each guest is registered on our website and that a seat deposit is made so that each person can secure their spot.
Will I learn about real estate investing, or is this event primarily a sales pitch?
This event is designed to provide substantial educational content about Real Estate investing. You will gain valuable insights into investing strategies and techniques directly from Buddy Rushing's experience. The focus is on education; however, if you're qualified, you will be given an opportunity to go further in your quest to become financially free.
Do I need to be active or retired military to attend the event?
No, you do not need to be active or retired military to attend. White Feather Investments works with active service members, veterans, their families, and first responders, including police officers, EMTs, nurses, and firefighters. We welcome all these groups and their friends and family members to join us at the event.
What is the schedule for the event?
Registration for the event begins at 6:00 PM, and we will start promptly at 6:30 PM. The main event is scheduled to conclude at 9:00 PM. For those interested in networking, there will be an additional half-hour to connect with others, extending the event until 9:30 PM.
